
Voilà ,je voudrais savoir si comme je l 'ai lu (cf ci dessous ) , l' alimentation faite maison basée sur la viande crue engendre une production d'acide gastrique supérieure à l 'alimentation faite maison basée sur la viande cuite?
Je me pose donc a question de savoir si l 'alimentation au cru est une bonne chose dans un contexte de gastrite chronique liée à l 'IRC?
